Hand over clean

Can you advise who and how much I would be charged for a handover clean in uzumlu

I think £30 is about the going rate in Calis

A hand over clean and a property clean are very different. £30 would be slave labour for a hand over clean (of any size property) - that wouldn't even pay to get the old hard plaster chiseled off the floor !!

Some builders used to include it in the price but these days less and less. Having said all that I have no idea how much one would be these days.

Sorry I took it that a hand over clean was between one rental and another, nothing to do with new properties.

As a guide, my local cleaner charges 80tl for a 2-bed apartment & 100tl for a 3/4 bed duplex
