Went on this course last year and can recommend it, Ishminur is an excelent tutor...

Turkish for Beginners 1
Fee £73.00 (Reduced Fee £58.50)
Tutor:Isminur Mutlu-Smith
This course is aimed at absolute beginners and will introduce students to the Turkish language and culture. Students will practise basic conversation and language structures.

12 weekly meetings Wednesdays from 7.00 to 9.00 pm Starting 4 October 2006
Humanities Building, Colum Drive, Cardiff.
10 Credits, Level 1

Is the follow up couse aimed at the next level, I dont really want to go for the basic level.

Started last night.
Great teacher and will certainly be doing our homework...practise practise practise :D Recommend if you are in the Cardiff area but she was expecting 7 people and 23 turned up! Will be interesting to see how many return next week.

Stuart Barnes : we noted your interest on this thread and the tutor asked if you were there (by name) but no show  :o hope you can make it next week.

Most people had booked but had not had booking confirmed so we were told just to turn up. As she knew your name I would say that you must be booked  :)
