I went out Sat 5/1 Manc to Dalaman and was scheduled to return one week later. On Wed we got a text, not even the courtesy of a call to say for commercial reasons Goldtrail had cancelled our return flight. We would now be returning from Bodrum and it would be Sun 13th not Sat 12th! This change in itself cost us £280 as we had now lost our Manc - Belfast flight home
We rang Goldtrail who told us passengers should report as normal to Dalaman at 430am Sat but instead of flying back to Manc we would all be taken through the night to Icmeler where we would be put up in a hotel until 1am Sun morn when we would then suffer the arduous journey from there to Bodrum. To cut a long story short the hotel was a freezing dump and the Goldtrail reps useless and rude. In total it took us 27hrs to get home. Goldtrail, bunch of b*******!
