Has anyone taken over a guitar in a hard case? They are quite heavy (though not weighed it yet), so was wondering if it would have to count as your hold luggage, or can we pay extra for it (as you would with sports equipment - golf clubs etc)? We're not going to bring it back to the UK with us - it's staying in Calis.
