Will be collecting family from the airport soon, do you have to wait at the bottom of the ramp. When previously you could wait at the exit doors. Thank you.

Yes you do have to wait at the bottom of the ramp.  However, if you go up to the departures and down the escalator you arrive just inside the first set of doors.
