Booking problems with Thomas Cook

Trying to book flights with Thomas Cook, cant get past the first page!!  Keeps saying havent entered family name, but have done 3 times and also incomplete address??? Do you think they are experiencing problems????

Booked flights with flythomascook for 2012 an hour ago - no problems and had confirmation e mails - hope that helps?  :)

Seems good prices at the moment - one way from Dalaman Easter weekend £28 per person including tax with TC and just booked returned flights back next sept from Dalaman £100 cheaper then this year per person.  So for peak times booking early seems to be the answer.
