Title: Samsung Galaxy S3 questions

If I buy one of the new Samsung Galaxy S3 phones in UK and bring it over here does it have to be unlocked or can it be unlocked over here. ?

Firo, it will need to be unlocked in the UK before your return.  I read somewhere recently that on registering a foreign phone in Turkey that you now have to pay 100 lira at the tax office and you must register your phone within one month of the entry stamp on your passport.  Hope this helps.

So when it says UK Sim free does that mean it's unlocked?

Yes, the phone I bought was Sim free and I just took it into Turkcell.  If you already have a Turkish Number you are able to transfer this to your new phone.
