We have a new 1 bed apartment from May ( for letting out only not for our use) it is a new build and 1 of just 6 in the development in Calis, shared pool etc etc. As newbies to all this....we wondered what people in similar situs do about "joining with the other owners" on the complex, in order to sort out matters like maintenance etc - or indeed just to make aquaintance:-).
How would we go about making contact / finding who the others are etc...Is it protocol to ask the developer for other purchasers details or what ?? TYIA
