We apologise to everyone who was looking forward to attending this event. Unfortunately as Marjo has correctly said, due to circumstances beyond the control of the Calis Carnival Committee the venue concerned decided this afternoon that due to their perceived threat of rain this evening and the absence of any waterproof cover, that they wished to cancel the event. We have tried to contact everyone who booked in for the evening so that they do not have a wasted journey but if we have missed anybody we are very, very sorry.
We were all looking forward to the event and hopefully we will find another venue and hold a similar evening elsewhere in the next few weeks
