I'm sure I would have Tink. Maybe one year - although I understand that there are good reasons why it is held in May and we are not normally out then.

I must say it was a truly fantastic day .I was trying to juggle between my own charity "Embrace" and also being in the choir and their float plus the Carnival Committee but it worked out fine and we all truly enjoyed the whole day .Thanks to everyone including the many spectators who created the tremendous atmosphere but mostly of course to Chrissie and Peter. You should be so proud of yourselves for creating a day where people come together in (mostly !! ) harmony. The children were amazing and the Turkish families had put so much effort into participating as did all the other entries. Well done everyone.

It really was a marvellous day.  The live music was excellent, looking forward to the "Party in the Park" tomorrow.  Big congrats to the organisers of the upbeat music played in between events...we want a copy of "Another brick in the Wall"!!  The parade was just tremendous, soooooo many kids and soooooo many expressions on their faces.  Sooooo annoyed the battery in our(new) camera packed up.  Look forward to seeing photos of the day.  Well done again to Chrissie and Pete and all the comiittee/volunteers.  You all did a brilliant job.
