Title: What's the cost of maintaining a villa

Just wondered if someone had ideas for a typical cost to maintain a pool and small garden on a detached villa. I don't need to know costs for the villa itself as already have a grasp on that, more how much it would cost us to keep the pool and simple garden maintained as we won't be living there

I reckon on £2500 -£3000 a year for pool garden and all bılls. Just garden and pool approx £800 -£1000.

But they will only do your pool and garden 2 days before you are due out!

Not my poolman and gardener they are on sıte at all the vıllas they do in our area every day and come back ın the wınter to check everythıng. Grass ıs green and pools crystal clear

I have CCTV in the villa and can confirm wether we are there or not they come daily, i dont even bother to say when im coming over to Turkey i am that confident in them ,all i do is give them dates for start & finish of the pool   :)
