You are lucky - that is what happened with A1 - they couldn't pay the suppliers so signed one of the project tapus over to the marble man, the kitchen supplier etc. Shame someone had already bought and paid A1 in full for the properties they gave away...

I bought mine through Manzara form one of there suppliers I knew that was the case from the outset. I did use an agent

These are the ones I have been dealing with
One has a place called secret valley and it looks wonderful
We are returning october to have another look
Is that right the builder pays the agent or do we have to pay the agent
Bit different from the uk where we pay zero to the agent the seller does!!
Perhaps when we move out we can all get together and have a beer or 2

Some times the builder pays it all but the norm is 1.5% each

We bought from Mete at Golden Moon Estates and it was problem free but we bought a house that his comapany had built.    As far as I'm aware, everyone I know that bought from Golden Moon has been happy with their service.
