If you can manage to forego the pool email Orange Cars via this forum, Ahmet has a new block of apts to let out, 350tl for 2 bed or 500 for 3 bed duplexes, both are unfurnished prices. Location is on his old hotel site nr the Sunday Market area.

£450 or 450tl? If £'s then that's a lot more than the Calis rates, maybe Ovacik is more expensive? If tl then as long as you like the area I'd say that was a very fair price for a long term rental.

It is for a private Villa not apartment and long term lets up here can be anything over £5000 per year.

Do you want to be actually in Calis? My cousin has a 2 bed spacious apartment that is funished and has a pool it is not in Calis it is about 10 mins on a dolomus and is ready to move into pretty sure she would charge a reasonable rent as she would prefer it to be occupied. If you are interested pm me and I will contact her and find out the rental price, I know you could also have it as long as you wanted :)

Thanks Milliemars, glad the Calis rentals are a bit cheaper than Ovacik ones!

No probs Supacabby, but must admit was a bit surprised at the lower rentals, must have put rental prices down,we were in calis last year with friends looking for apartment rental and some of the prices were frightening anywhere between 800 and 1000tl a month for very old turkish houses with communal pools.Must have been looking in the wrong places lol.
