Title: ADSL connection speed

We moved last october to our house in Ovacik. My TTNET ADSL connection speed was 8 mbps till may 2011. Then it dropped to 5 mbps.

Did anyone experience a similar situation ?

Ours reads 54.0 mbps and has done over the last few years. good connection for TV catch up etc. Problem Yok!

That's probably your wireless-to-modem connection speed. The modem's ADSL connection speed should be somewhere between 4 to 8 mbps.

You are correct. not sure how to test the connection speed. Function is very good though. Computer wizzard! not!

Mine is currently low at 1.76 download speed!! I also think it's deteriated recently in Ovacik!

mine is ..

5,04 mb/s down load ...0.66 mb/s up load.

am happy with that. :)

probably down to the increase in population as the holiday season kicks in.
through the winter, there's not too many people sharing the bandwidth.

Yesterday I wrote my fourth complaint to TurkTelekom. In the afternoon , I was able to connect 8 mbps. After 8:30 pm though , the line kept on dropping continuously and I was unable to surf.

This morning I have an 8 mbps connection that is working perfectly ; let 's see what will hapen in the evening...
