Title: Turk Telecom on Saturday?

Our internet is just awful this week and now we have no phone line.

or

by dialing 121 from any working phone ( including public phones , it's free ... just go and dial ) ; I'm am hovewer not sure if you can choose english ( you have to answer different questions by dialing requested numbers eg. the type of error , your phone number and dial "1" if correct , else...etc...).
