I am planning to make this dish. Can anyone tell me whether it is named after the riverside town near Dalaman or whether it is one of the general meanings of the word (e.g. fishery, fishpond)? If the latter I think I'll rename it for the part of Bristol where I used to live until four years ago - Fishponds Meatloaf.
