Title: Internet symbol - can't open a website.

Any ideas what the little symbol means before the address?  I can't open this website today but could yesterday?

It's just their logo isn't it ?

I can't open either though.

You could be right KKOB now that I have just noticed CB logo on this address.   : :)
I was thinking maybe my security was stopping it or suchlike but maybe the server for that addresse is just down (do I sound like I know what I'm talking about?) 
I'm waiting for an email reply from them so tried the website instead and had no luck.  I need to learn to be more patient - it is Turkey after all.
