Title: Recommendation for a nice one bedroom apartment, 5 days 15 June 2016

I have friends who are coming on 15th June and wish to stay in an apartment, one bedroom plus a lounge, ideally on a site with a bar/cafe and a short walk away from the Promenade.   Can anyone recommend somewhere please?

We have been looking over the last few nights and did not come across many 1 Bedroom properties.

Also both Holiday Lettings and Joy Lettings do not have their availability updated which is less than helpful. Didn't look at Owners Direct.

Hopefully, we will both get some recommendations.  They are perfectly happy to be on a hotel complex as long as it is an apartment rather than a hotel room/studio flat.

I think the Caretta Apartments cover all the requirements and offer exceptional service.
Also in the same general area the Ten Apartments and the Dove Apartments.
All long established with good reputations.

Ten apartments have lovely one bedroomed apartments, can highly recommend them, stayed a few times, they are very popular.

They have a bar that also serves food, and great staff, and in a great position for Calis

A friend of ours used Poppy a year or two ago.  They were gross :(

My grand daughter stopped there last year and to say the decor and furniture was aged, is being polite.   If I had have known what they were like, I would have got somewhere else for her.

Harmless,another location your friends might consider could be the Kerim Apartments which are part of the Kerim Hotel adjacent to the Taxi Boat Station.
The apartments were built a couple of years ago and are really well furnished and equipped. Much more modern than any of my other suggestions.
We have never used them but we were given a tour of them and were really impressed.

Oykun hotel has self catering apartments on site too. Great location, really central.

I am disappointed to hear Holiday lettings do not have their availability updated as our Apartment is on with them. Will have to look into that Highlander. I update our calendar regularly so would expect them to do the same.
