Hi all, I am the manager of a site (a mixture of Turkish and Brit owners) which has been run smoothly for a number of years, bar 1 owner who consistently doesn't pay maintenance and I have to annually get the Bailiff's to obtain the payment. However, I have lost confidence on the site's advukat as she refuses to apply the 5% interest late payment, as applicable by condominium law.
My request for help is, can you recommend a local advukat that is proficient in process for obtaining unpaid maintenance via the bailiffs?
Note - I do not need any other site help, eg: attendance at AGM, minute creation etc, only the chasing of unpaid maintenance fees
