Title: First Turkish Born British MP

Feryal Clark became the first woman born in Turkey to become a UK member of parliament in the Dec 12 general elections.

Labour MP Clark comes from a Kurdish-British family and was born in Turkey’s Malatya province.

and the Prime Minister's great grandfather was Ali Kemal Bey, Interior Minister in the Ottoman government
