Title: Here we go again

I am a member of a couple of cruise forums on Facebook.  There was a woman on there saying that because of the latest problems in Iran that The Government had advised against travel to Turkey, Egypt and Israel..I politely said that I had looked on The Government travel website and it is still only saying South Eastern Turkey and that has been the same advice for nearly two years.
Anyway of course it's been on the BBC news and was on again last night.
She wrote to me and I explained again that The resorts are safe.. She said I was nitpicking..Yet again three different people are in again saying to Avoid Turkey.. I haven't joined in this time as I don't want to make an even bigger issue of it
I do get fed up of defending Turkey.

When the first paragraph about Turkey on the Foreign Office website is "Terrorists are very likely to try to carry out attacks in Turkey", you can understand the reaction from the media and potential tourists.
