Hi,
Are any of you lovely people in the Calis area customers of Extranet for your internet access? Is your internet working?
We arrived in Calis late yesterday to find that neither our phone or internet is working! Previously it has been very easy to contact their support (press 9 for English) to report any faults and get them fixed. Trying the same this time, any option selected just loops around to the start after listening to various messages.
