Up to now I have been using the virgin media pc guard anti virus as you get if free if your a virgin cable customer.The thing is it is total crap.Slow to load and slow to do a full virus scan and popups all the time.Anyway I have removed it from my pc and what a nightmare that was.I have now got AVG on a free 30 day trial but Im getting to much hassle with all there pops ups windows telling me stuff I dont want to know.My question is. Does anyone on here know of a free (not) AVG anti virus program that is simple to use and reliable without flooding you with popup windows every 5 mins.Thank You.
p. s. Why free ones? Because I'm a tight git and a IT told me a while back they are just as good as the ones you have to pay for.
