Hopefully you can avoid the stereotypical responses to the following question:

I have received Message from AVG that my computer is no longe protected by Version 7.5. I thought a couls simple download the new free version, but when I get to the website it seems that the only option is to pay for Version 8.5. What am I doing wrong.

I think I am on Windows 95.
