tapu name change

Ok I have checked (well Cenk has   ) and as I said, it is an administration/tapu vaulation charge and deed office fee, sadly a little more than the 100 YTL Ian is prepared to pay but not the same as adding/removing a person from a tapu which can be well over £1000.

Part of the cost is determined by tapu value but we reckon about 300 TL is a ball park figure to work with.

How do I work out if my wife (of 2 years) is worth 3 times my original valuation - is there a formula - possibly one that they use to work out the road tax contribution - has it been recently laid - is it smooth with few bumps or pot holes - does it melt in the heat???  

Ps I am so lucky she never looks at the forum!!!

Nooooooooooo - she never looks at it - she does tell me off all the time for spending too much time in front of my computer though - my usual reply is: "I don't go out and leave her home alone - ever - I don't drink - I don't smoke - I don't take drugs but CBF is a really really bad habit" !!!!
