Onur air, will as from 1/1/10 for hold bags and will charge for sitting together, plus if you want to book in an extra 5kgs(hold bags) they will charge you £20 same as most of the other airlines, another rip-off

Not all rip you off - Air Asia (part - owned by Branson) just charged us £1 each to choose our seats and £8 to up from 15kg to 25kg. This is for an internal flight in Thailand.

Seems us Brits get the raw deal.

Great idea, that will definately confuse them.

Graham, we flew with Cyprus Turkish a few weeks ago for the first time and were very impressed with everything, wish we could go with them all the time....

They all seem to be ducking and diving and trying to make a quick buck.(thank Ryanair for most of this). We book almost 12months in advance(with T/C 3/4 times per yr)so full payment recd immediately.Checked in LBA, 15and16kgs outcome 1kg over £10-00 charge!! Just returned to U.K half the weight!!credit yok!!Cyprus Turkish ex MCH May 2010 25kgs same price as TC this year.My advice get on board quick with kthy.
