Another computer problem from Lanarkshire.
« on: November 25, 2009, 17:59:27 PM »
I normally have no need to print off copies of e mails so I never came across this problem before.
I am presently involved in lengthy correspondence where the e mails have become a bit long.
They consist of either a sent or received e mail to which multiple replies have been added.
I now need hard copies of these e mails but when I try to print them only one page is printed (marked as Page 1 of 1) of each e mail leaving it incomplete.
I tried to troubleshoot the problem but could not find anything that would help.
Completely out of my depth.
Can anyone help? Please.

Check the settings on your printer. You may have it set to only print page 1, despite the file having multiple pages.

It could be that the previous mails are in a format that cannot be read by the printer. A workaround is to select all the text with your mouse and then paste it into word, then print the word document

KKOB and kevin b the printer set up was correct and it was printing multiple copies from sources other than e mails without any problems.
redding43 your answer was spot on.
I am now getting my complete e mails printed.
Thank you all for your help I really appreciate it.
Watch this space for my next problem.  :)
