Anne...if having done your speed test you look to the top right hand corner of your screen you will see a box marked PINGTEST NET. Click on that. Run the test and it will come up with an assessment of your connection graded A B C etc

Looks like I am doing pretty well with Turk Telecom

I am happy:D  I paid £30 September and nothing more to pay until April/May next year then contracted to £6.98 per month,  O2 fantastic! or after years of Turk Telecom am I easily pleased[?]

Funny you should say that, Virgin Media offered to upgrade me to 20Mb at a special rate. After 5 years of TTnet I declined their kind offer as 10Mb is like warp factor 10 to me

o2 are indeed very good and they have UK call centres with people who actually answer the phone

Not too bad, we pay for upto 20mb. Having said that I have checked the speed on different sites and all give different readings[?]

Fran I'm getting better speed than you with VM and I'm on 10Mb - try again in a quieter part of the day and if it isn't far near 20 than 10 get a man round
