does anyone know how long the walk is from dalaman bus station to the airport[?]

About 2 miles so around 40mins. You will need a taxi or better still an airport transfer. If you carry out a search on here you will find plenty of companies who do this, Orange etc.

too bloomin' long! about 45mins

Taxi cost approx 20tl from bus station to airport.

Dolmus Fethiye to Dalaman bus station costs 5tl one way.
