Just wondering if the "shuffling" of topics is random or planned.

They used to do that in our school tuck shop, hide the Topics under the Potato Puffs, then when everyone had gone they would eat them.

I think the Freelance Diaries was a flash in the pan and will soon be shuffling off. They haven't actually moved to a different position in the list - the Animal Aid and Calis Carnival forums have been moved from there to the new dedicated Charity and Good Causes Section. This can confuse a stupid person and make them believe that other forums have moved. Sometimes you might find yourself on a train that is standing in a station and one at the platform opposite starts to move away and that might give you the illusion that the train you are on is moving in the opposite direction but it is not. What you have experienced here is a bit like that but without the egg sandwiches. We do this to give people with nothing better to do something to ponder.
