Back in February I was reading about an IE security problem for which there was only a "patch" but that Windows people were working on it. Has this bben fixed? If so would I have had the installed as part of my regular Windows updates? I have avoided IE since February but some downloads specify that they are only compatible with IE.

If you update IE to the latest version then any security patches released will be included

Thanks Steve, I downloaded IE9 last week so that is as much as I can do I guess.
