Ian I didn't book baggage for our visit next week either. I phoned them last week and they added it no problem.
Didn't manage to get September booked before it crashed so am hoping the prices stay the same as it's cheaper than what we paid for this year by around £50

John perservered and got 2 seats for Aug 2012. I would have thrown the laptop out the window. What a palaver!

Managed to get return flights from Glasgow May and Sept 2012, about £135 each. Hubby sat all morning but perseverence paid off. Every year I say never again.... but always get sucked in with the prices...oh well here's hoping! To be fair we have had very few disruptions and it is not really a big deal when it happens just a bit annoying. Great to know its all paid up before we even go on this year's jaunts. Defo worth it for some.
