Finans bank is fine.I have transferred money from them to the UK. They will not automatically transfer the money to the UK,you will have to give them an authority to do it.
If you are in Turkey it will not be a problem. If you are in the UK you will have to contact them. They may accept a faxed authority.
If you have owned the property for less than 5 years you may have capital gains to pay in Turkey.
