We use Ces all the time and never had a problem. That said I would tread carefully if I were in their shoes throwing such accusations is not good for building your customer base.

God wish I never b"""""y well posted this, due to having under gone a recent surgical procedure where I am have not been al;lowed to lift or carry for a minimum of 6 weeks it has been ideal for us rather then hubby have to do all the fetching and carrying,each to their own in life as to whether they use the shop or not........

We use Ces in Çalış for our water beer gas ect very good servıce.

Sorry folks but we have used CES market for 5 years and never had a problem. That is CES in Calis

We bought a crate of efes from ces market 4 yrs ago, was  charged 12.5 lira deposit for crate and bottles + cost of efes of course, every holiday since we have exchanged empty crate for full one.  This holiday we decided not to replacso tooke crate and bottles back to ces, guess what.... no deposit back. won't use again  >:(
