Does anyone know approximately how much a plumber would charge - labour only - to exchange a sink tap? Many thanks

Phew - so 150TL charge for my Management company arranging a plumber is a tad on the expensive side!

Thanks Savoyboy - I will next time - but this was a job that we had had to arrange through out Management Company. Over a barrell I think its called !!

Someone I know is looking for a management company, can you name (shame) yours?, or pm me please.  That's one company to avoid me thinks.....

I will speak to them when I am over next week Cef and if they confirm their charge is correct I will name and shame. TBH they've been our management company for 3 years and have seemed fair but this year I've noticed a considerable increase the the charges they have quoted friends and neighbours. Time for a move me thinks...
