Air con problems
« on: February 21, 2014, 14:34:15 PM »
Had started using my LG Beko air con in lounge as heater, for about a week now. Last night it wouldn,t blow out warm air only cold. Same today. Any ideas anyone, the least expensive the better.. :(

First thing to do is to check that the filters are clean an the air inlet and outlet vents are not blocked.

If it doesn't work after cleaning the filter then you might need an engineeer out to check the unit.

I hope this is not insulting but this did happen with my friend.  Have you changed the setting on the remote properly?

I must admit I had the same problem in an apartment in Spain the other week. I fiddled about with the remote a little and eventually got one of them to kick out warm air. The other one wouldn't though so I assumed it need looking at.

You could ask Bekir at Eren Spot to get someone out. He's very helpful and genuine.

We decided to try ours after reading the OP and were a bit concerned when the AC seemed to "turn off". As we had set it to 30C, we waited a few moments and then, it restarted on its own and then started pumping out luverly warm air.

Mayhaps you should wait for it to reset itself??

just a suggestion.
