Can't wait for summer

Hi.  I am Richard 58 and I live in Stratford-upon-Avon UK.  The town is very attractive, full of fine buildings and foreign tourists, and I love it!  I am visiting Calis Beach this August for the very first time, which is great, but I shall be accompanied by a couple of teenage lads (16) which is not so great because they will probably cause mayhem, unless you can suggest ways of keeping them amused and out of harm's way.  All suggestionsw gratefully received.

if you like to eat you will find plenty of restraunts and bars in calis,
the beach, take a boat taxi into fethiye,its a little working town,there are many restraunts there, turkish disco
(bannas)turkish bath,turkish shave ,the marina if you like boats.boat trips, fishing trips,ofcourse the boys will want to find other kids,girls... the wind surfing club alsorts
have a nice time

Hi Richard you could take along a couple of telescopic fishing rods and some lightweight tackle the river is a good place to fish. That might keep them busy for a while.

Definitely go on a boat trip they are well worth the money and your boys will love it.  Also visit Saklikent gorge, Olu Deniz and Kaya Koyu.  You can probably do a deal with one of the taxi drivers and have your own personal chauffeur for the day, we did this and it was only about £40 for the whole day and he took us everywhere and waited for us.

Richard, welcome to the forum! Take the boys on a jeep safari they will love it - and you will have a great time too, but be prepared to get very wet and very dirty!:DHave a great holiday!

yes i agree stratford is a nice place been there as a tourist and enjoyed my stay.
