Post by: ewarts on July 30, 2014, 13:22:15 PM
Coming to Calis for a week and want to visit Kayakoy for a lunch and a swim can anyone recommend a good restaurant where we could do both, we will be getting the dolamus up so not too far off the beaten track.

Istanbul restaurant, we often go out for lunch to Kaya.  They use their own vegetables and make their own bread, which incidentally is the nicest bread I have tasted in Turkey  As a free starter they brought us a small loaf, cheese, garlic butter and olives delicious.  I got a free ice cream cone with my complimentary coffee too.   They also have a lovely swimming pool.

Take your sister on Saturday night to the Istanbul, great entertainment and they will pick you up and drop you off only 40 TL each for the transport and a 3 course meal.

Can anyone tell me if they charge you for use of the sunbed's at Muzzy's place if not I feel we were overcharged for what we had during our visit but have to say had a delightful day out.
