The ad you are carrying on main page for Bon Prix take you to their French Website.  They do have an English Website, so perhaps it would be best to take members there ?   ;)

I don't think there's any choice of sites by the Admin on CBF. It's controlled by Google.

Everyone will see different ads determined by Google based upon your recent viewing habits

Well I had not looked at Bon Prix before, however, it looked good, so I found the English version.
I thought that the adverts at the top where paid for ads.
