Title: What if anything could this mean for Brits living in Turkey
Post by: nichola on March 17, 2018, 09:52:09 AM
There's been numerous changes to the Resident Permit rules and the welcome introduction of the long term visa for those living here, uninterrupted for more than eight years in recent years.

Does this move by the UK jeopardise that?

I don't think so, it's only a specific type of visa that this applies to - and in fact, the reciprocal visa issued by Turkey UK folks for business purposes doesn't allow for IRL either I'm fairly sure (to the best of my knowledge).
