Where is fethiye çalıça?..never heard of if? ???

It's the Karaçulha side of Fethiye. Take the Antalya road out of Fethiye, past Patlangic.

Where's sediykemer and what do you know about it please, what's there, transport etc. Same with ciftlik??

It's quite a stretch out of Fethiye. Known mostly as just Kemer. It's on the Junction of the D330 and D400 Antalya Road. It can take up to an hour on the dolmus, depending on how many other villages they stop at on the way. It's got a bit of an 'Expat Community' on an estate built 12 - 15 years ago by Hanel Houses. Not bad for 'essentials shopping' with a couple of supermarkets and hardware stores and a few small corner shops and cafes.

Isn't it expensive there? Thought with all the changes. Did they start rebuilding there?

No, I wouldn't say it's expensive. Especially not for small, 1 or 2 bedroomed properties.
There's been a lot of building in the valley but they're mostly large villas with pools.

Any ideas where to look to see what's available around there.

Give me a couple of days. I'll ask some people who live there. Is it just for yourself ? Or would you want 2 or 3 bedrooms ?
