Hi Berna, no flights directly from the U.K. at the moment. Some people are travelling to Turkey, via another country, some via Germany for instance. You need a negative pcr test for Germany and also to be able to enter Turkey, though would need to check current regulations as can change quite quickly. Might be possible via other countries also.
But all arrivals into Turkey have to go into isolation/quarantine at a place designated by the Turkish authorities, no way out of that as it stands at the moment. Varying reports of the standards of these, but seem to be using student accommodation in places, not hotels. Facilities are basic but adequate it seems. Food is provided, but also food can be ordered in from outside, at your own expense of course.
Reports of a cabinet meeting tomorrow so maybe some further news about the restrictions after that, though report says it is to discuss opening up restaurants and cafes.

My approach to finding out where there are flights to Turkey from is to check the arrivals at Istanbul to see where they're coming from.

There have been scheduled arrivals at IST from Hannover, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and Cologne today. There's also one due from Birmingham and another from Paris tonight and another from Heathrow in the early hours of tomorrow.

Not sure any passengers on flights from U.K. To Istanbul. Flights are going from Turkey to the U.K. So obviously have to return. Can't see online that you can book a flight with Turkish airlines from the U.K. To Istanbul. Just directed to call centre. Could all change though!

Wizz air website lists flights from BHX to Budapest from 17th march, but who can know what if any, travel restrictions will be in place then? Turkish airlines operate flights from Budapest to Istanbul, but if rules are still the same, you would have to go into quarantine on arrival in Turkey for 10-14 days.

Do you have a 'valid reason to travel' ?

You need to think of others. You may have had the jab but others haven’t and it isn’t a game to try and find a way to travel when it is quite clear that it is illegal. We are in lockdown and there a very small number of instances under which you can travel. If you can post on here, you can use google. Stay at home and save lives !
