Like everyone has said- shop around do research in advance check out the area( the same 3 things apply in Calis as they do in the UK - area area area!) dont buy from a waiter or a taxi driver! Theres some good books out there about buying property in Turkey- theres a Sunday times publication that might be useful and that some members of this forum had a hand in. Its a big investment so do the homework.Enjoy!
