If you draw out your sterling and close that account do you get charged by the bank (Finansbank)?

Also does the bank take £ coins?

If not why not?

Posted in the wrong place before. Can you still get rid of old lira ?

hi linda i work for a bank at fethiye also. when you close your acc. banks dont charge any money.

i closed a euro a/c once in the garentee bank.. took out all the dosh and they said they would keep it open just in case i needed it again!!
