There is currently a problem with Akbank ATMs.
They are swallowing foreign cards. Mine got eaten tonight at the Otogar branch. The security guard there has given several cards back and warned me of the current problem they're having.
It looks like a problem with their server / site address as the machine gives a 404 error, and they have to re-boot it.
No other banks are affected afaik.
