Could you enlighten us Ann as we were intending putting a large sum in Fortis when we move over to Turkey.
I must say that Alper has given me advice on banking free & with no obligation & others on here speak highly of him.

Anne, in fairness Alper won't have authority to make donations so would he not have asked his bosses and reported back that they planned to, only for them to change their mind later? I can't see how he deserves this.

I spoke to Alper to ask him what happened re sponsorship for the Carnival. He told me he sent all the information to head office, to be told due to the economic climate they had pulled out of all sponsorship deals in Turkey for the forseeable future.
Anne I am a customer and a friend of Alpers so if there is more to this then I think you should share it with us

You perhaps have to consider that Fortis  is in the throes of being taken over by TEB which in turn is owned by BNP Parabas.  It is therefore possible that Fortis as such may cease to exist in the not too distant future. :)
