Easy Marmalade Recipe
« on: February 18, 2010, 06:34:49 AM »
I found this easy marmalade recipe on the internet, have made two batches and both came out perfect so just thought I would share it! My first batch was all orange, and the second was orange & lemon.

Six citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit or lemon) or combination of all three.

Wash and remove all blemishes then cut into quarters.  Place in food processor and process until really small pieces.

Add to 1kg of sugar, bring to a boil and then let it boil for 20 minutes. Be careful because it splatters slightly.

Then pour into jars, this quantity makes about 4 360g jars.

It seemingly will never go dark, and keeps for six months in the fridge.

And trust me it works!
