Turkey-Syria Relations

Interesting piece, and I suppose that anything that helps bring down the vicious Assad regime is welcome, as the peaceful form of protest in Syria has been viciously crushed.  Again I'd like to apply the usual caveat that it is good thing as long as it not replaced by an equally vicious regime under a different leader.

Mind you I can't see Turkey looking to actively declare support for this sort of armed struggle though, as it will be difficult to reconcile this with their own problems with the PKK when operating from Iraq!
