You could try Cenk at Interturk Estates, also maybe property management companies, I do know of someone who has rented their apartment long term via Rainbow, but they do look after several on the same complex. The drawback is that you may not find many English who want to just rent just for the winter. You could advertise in UK papers, or Land of Lights here in Fethiye.
Maybe if you put a bit more info on here someone may be interested in renting while they "shop around" for their own place in the sun.

Sorry to be a bit negative but I just thought of another small problem, you want to rent out for 6 months but with the new visa rules Brits can only stay for 90 days max. Nice long (3 month)winter holiday maybe for someone? Good luck .

Is it possible to get a visa 90 days in advance of proposed stay and use it for the first 90 days then get a new visa for the next 90?

Check out the following link, it appears that you can. The validity period of your e-Visa begins from the date specified in your application. You can enter Turkey on any date within this period.

Print out the page in Turkish in case you need to show to Passport Control.

There is a rental section of Fethiye Face Book pages, which is very popular.. There is always someone looking for property to rent on there...
