Name change
« on: August 15, 2014, 15:24:47 PM »
Hi, Has anybody done a passenger name change with Thomas Cook. I have been trying for the last hour without success and I begrudge phoning them as they will charge me 20 quid for the pleasure. I even had an online chat with one of their advisors but she was as much use as a chocolate fireguard......am I missing something?

Thomas Cook replied to this when it was posted onto our Twitter feed - here is the reply which may help.

As advised by Scunner.  Use their Facebook Page, they did answer me quite quickly in May. :D

Thank you Jaqui and Scunner. After another online chat and again being advised to call them I went in for one last try and hey presto......their system actually worked this time and I managed to change the name at a cost of £35. Happy days.
